Grubhub did this to @TheWarrenPgh in Pittsburgh, after the restaurant got fed up with Grubhub's fees and asked to leave the app.

The Warren was still taking online orders -- just not through Grubhub -- but regulars came in and said they saw the site and assumed it had closed.
