@GE_Appliances I’ve already replaced the lid on my washer, and now the paint inside the drum is peeling off and exposing metal on a unit that’s not even that old.

@GE_Appliances @GEAppliances After 3 days of back and forth, submitting photos, serial numbers, and proof of purchase, I was told to go back to American Home Shield.

My washer and dryer are just over 2 years old with repeat issues and visible deterioration. This isn’t normal wear and tear.
