@dhlexpressuk any chance someone can help me with 2 parcels that youve incorrectly routed. Destination is Isle of Man and yet youre sending from the UK to Germany, 1 has made it to Ireland but not moved since 13th. This shouldnt be so hard. The routing of these have been so poor.

@dricciardos @TicketmasterUK I’ve used them many times over the years but recent events have been appalling. Absolutely shocking service and right that they’re being investigated for their shoddy behaviour. More artists need to look at different ticket sellers.

@Paigewallbank @HelloFreshUK @Paigewallbank you have to skip the box otherwise you are in contract for the payment. Simply cancelling a transection with your bank doesn’t cover you. I agree this is dangerous for some including low income families but it is the way they work.

@AerLingus have to be the worst company for customer service. Your refunds team must be in space as no one can contact them. Over 200 days without a refund. Wouldn’t recommend that anyone books travel with you given how you deal with customers. #worstairlineoutthere #worstservice
