God is not looking for ability as much as He is looking for availability. You may think, “God only uses the really talented people. He will never use me. There’s not much I can offer Him.” But God is looking for someone simply to be available and to let Him be strong on their behalf. God isn’t looking for strong people. He is looking for weak people through whom He can be strong. That means every person is qualified to be used by God. That means God can use you...

More than 5,000 people have died and thousands more are missing in Libya after massive flooding. Join me in praying for the people affected and that help will be able to reach those who desperately need it. https://t.co/zgcFFdgE00

"Sing aloud to God our strength; shout for joy to the God of Jacob!
Raise a song; sound the tambourine, the sweet lyre with the harp.
Blow the trumpet at the new moon, at the full moon, on our feast day." - Psalm 81:1-3 ESV

The purpose of prayer isn’t to get God to do our will. The purpose of prayer is to know God so we can do His will.

[Ethan Head @TheWholeMeasure]

@HeartOfKolokea Glory be to God!

[Ethan Head @TheWholeMeasure]

@gregstier Amen to that!

[Craig Groeschel @craiggroeschel]

Prayer reminds us we're not in control and keeps us close to the One who is.

"And many more believed BECAUSE OF HIS WORD. They said to the woman, “It is no longer because of [your testimony] that we believe, for WE HAVE HEARD for ourselves, and we know that this is indeed the Savior of the world.”
John 4:41-42

The taste of sin is so much sweeter when it is forcibly taken from our lips. God, lead us in this day and age to seek your will and to love those who are experiencing the suffering which sin produces. Help us boldly point to Jesus as the only cure.

@edstetzer This is a fantastic article for today's Church leaders and servants. God is always above ministry, for ministry belongs to Him.

[Ethan Head @TheWholeMeasure]

Let us love as Jesus loved: the Father first.

[Ethan Head @TheWholeMeasure]

@Meldougherty77 Nuff said.

[Melissa Dougherty @Meldougherty77]

Follow Jesus. Not your heart.

[Ethan Head @TheWholeMeasure]

@Pontifex May we learn from her, but not pray to her, for though she bore the Christ, He was still her Savior just as ours. Let Jesus be our advocate, for He is the one who died for our sins.

[Ethan Head @TheWholeMeasure]

@craiggroeschel He is a firm foundation which never shifts. I seek for my feet to be planted firmly on this foundation daily.

Thank you Lord.

When everything around us changes, we can trust in a God who never changes.
