@GillelandKristi@talktoskirt@Instacart We didn’t know by the time we figured out that the app was down, we couldn’t message nor call the customers. The only thing we saw is “transitioning batch”. There is a lot of shoppers with orders in their cars that they would rather deliver than keep.
@AggTownKing @InstacartHelp@Instacart You lucky you were able to talk to them. I waited 2 hours on the support call just to be answered and immediately hung up.
@InstacartHelp@Instacart are shoppers that were active today going to get compensated at all today? An order that usually takes me 1 hour took 3 hours due to the app being down.
@talktoskirt@GillelandKristi@Instacart Yeah plus us shoppers will probably not be compensated for the batches or the lost time since the apps were down. Yet, I don’t know why Instacart still let people submit their orders. If you wanna see more shoppers, just check reddit /instacartshoppers..
@talktoskirt@GillelandKristi@Instacart It’s bad on the shopper side too. 2 hours of waiting for support just to answer and immediately hung up. Some people were still shopping when it went down or people were in the middle of delivering orders.
