@MeidasTouch My kids school here in Texas offers them to be excused from any religious based teaching sessions – So all this means is he gets a free break period in his school day lol

He goes to Church every Sunday, I'll leave any religious teachings to those who actually study theology.

Under the 1st Amendment there are 2 clauses, the first being the Establishment Clause. The Establishment Clause explicitly prohibits the government from establishing any official religion, ENDORSING any religion, or FAVORING religion over non-religion.

Someone who has no practice in theology, shouldn't be teaching anything to do with theology. We have people for that.
