@AnalyticsMafia @BoardingArea It's also a safe bet Qatar airplanes won't be full with international travelers, as the CEO has said and so has nearly every major travel analyst that I've seen. Lastly, I find it hard to believe somebody that runs a global airline didn't foresee people would do just this.

@AngeloRover @BoardingArea Well, the DOT recently said you can't make changes to a change policy when people book under that change policy. So under that case, Qatar Airways will be subject to violating DOT regulations.
