Quick build-in-public log from this morning

4:30am - Kicked off with deep market research on the tokenization of internet capital markets + the compliance layer underneath it. My conviction’s only getting stronger here.

7am - Morning huddle & 2-on-1 with two of my junior associates (toddlers). High-quality segment, zero tolerance for latency. Identified their core pain point (hunger) and unblocked the remainder of their morning workload by eliminating the issue. That’s what leaders do.

8am - Executed a clean leadership handoff to my co-founder (wife). Delegation is a force multiplier; you can’t be in the weeds on every function.

8:30am - Drove out to our primary R&D facility to commit + push new build updates. Progressive overload, fully aligned with the current roadmap.

10am - Closed the loop with a recovery + retro block in the sauna. You don’t get durable output without reinvesting in infra.
