@Etsy Once again, I'm at a loss why Etsy suspended my account with no warning and no reason given. I've put in three support tickets and nobody is responding at all. They've all closed out after 14 days and no response
Still can't get a response from @Etsy after they suspended my seller account without warning. That was *after* I posted out all the items that sold, will I ever see my money?
@AustralianSuper The amount is lower than it should be, should be entitled to interest given the loss from AusSupers stuff ups, and no exit/payg statements.
And to top it off, the promised returned phone calls never happened. Calling claims department is a joke.
@AustralianSuper told me it was fine that a case manager hasn't responded to emails, phone calls or voice messages in 4+ months because they're "very busy". Really forcing my hand to contact @AFCA_org_au
@AustralianSuper At this point I have requested assistance several times via phone and email and met with empty promises, misinformation (no you havent submitted the form, whoopsie here it is) or just... complete lack of information. AusSuper claims *5* business days for payment - what a joke.
@AustralianSuper Yes, the trustees approved the claim 01/02/2023. AusSuper isn't actually paying up, or returning the calls I've been promised. When I called today, met with complete indifference and told to just wait longer. I have no choice but to go to @AFCA_org_au tomorrow
@AustralianSuper The good news is I get to hassle AusSuper on the phone again on Tuesday (unless you're open on Monday) because they've missed two deadlines that AusSuper set out for themselves. The real surprise is that I'm still surprised at this.
@AustralianSuper According to your fact sheet (https://t.co/Sh7uvNjdIf) death benefits are paid within 5 business days once all parties accept. Its been 11 business days. I've called up and confirmed documents were received. Promised contact from case manager who I've never heard from. Help?
@auspost "Attempted Delivery - Unable To Gain Access". Gate is open (never been closed!), nothing blocking access, no attempt to come down the driveway was made. WTF
@Dave_Symons1@AustralianSuper@AFCA_org_au The AusSuper social media team got somebody to actually reply to me from the claims team in 3 business days. Phone calls aren't worth it at all, but the social media team were very quick at connecting with the right people!
