Talk to someone. Just sharing can make the difference.
Look out for your mates & colleagues.
Ask the difficult question - “Are you thinking about suicide?”;
Intervene - tomorrow may be too late;
Disclose - tell someone so you get the right help.

A delayed post from the weekend, but here is the moment the guys finished their epic 240 mile journey! We're incredibly proud of you and what you have achieved, and the sterling work you have done raising awareness of Men's Mental Health. @TheWorldRun2020 @ArmyMedServices
Last day! 32 miles between us and completing the 240 miles from Liverpool to London down the canal tow path. Legs are in bits but spirits are strong today. Follow our last day on Instagram and donate to our charity @JamesPlaceUK using the link pinned. #SuicidePrevention
We have run over 195 miles in 6 days and @Spotify has just stopped working. We don’t know how we’re going to get through the next 45 miles into London #PleaseHelp
Day 7 - Difficult to remember starting back in Liverpool 6 days and 180 miles ago. Final push now to London. Please follow us on Instagram and donate! All the pain will be worth it if we can continue to keep the money coming in for @jamesplace#suicideprevention#mensmentalhealth
A group of runners who set off from #Liverpool on Saturday have now raised £100k for suicide prevention centre @JamesPlaceUK.

We’ve reached £100,000 raised for @JamesPlaceUK, what a boost as we set out on day 5! 120 miles in the legs, 120 miles to go. Pushing through the pain to complete this challenge and hopefully get more people thinking and talking about #mensmentalhealth
Day 4 - yesterday one man went down with injury, hasn’t stopped him completely though. Despite taking him over 40 minutes to walk the last mile, he got on the bike and finished with the team. Nobody said it would be easy! Time to go again! #suicideprevention#runthroughnotaway
