@Moes_HQ This is Kyle the manager of Moe's In Vernon, CT giving me a couple cookies after screwing up my family's dinner & making me wait 40 minutes past our pickup for them to finally make my son's missing bowl on the 3rd try which he refused to make until I showed him all the receipts.

@Moes_HQ I explained to them which Bowls were missing & showed them. They made 1 of the right bowls but accidentally remade my eldest daughter's & still missed my eldest son's bowl. I was very patient with the staff until Kyle arrived and accused me of stealing.

I guess they got confused due to 3 separate orders. 2 were in my name & 1 of my daughters ordered hers on her own. The 2 in my name is what confused them. For some reason they tried to combine my 2 orders & when they did so missed 2 bowls.

@Moes_HQ I was attempting to explain to Kyle who kept cutting me off & saying that he needed to see all the receipts or he wouldn't make my eldest son's missing bowl. I had brought my youngest son's burrito out to the car so he could eat it instead of waiting.

@Moes_HQ I had shown the staff everything & they seemed to understand what was going on. I was understanding on the 2nd try & said all we are missing now is 1 bowl & then we are good. Kyle said he wouldn't make my son's missing bowl until I went back to the car and got all the receipts.
