The catering staff has been overcharging for breakfast and beverages.
Breakfast is being sold for ₹50/- and Tea is being sold ₹20/-
When asked for the bill the staff has gone into hiding.

The company executives are just giving robotic responses.
It just feels more of a scam like experience.

@zomatocare Update :- Received a call from Zomato senior executive. Explained him the issue in complete detail, suggested to improvise the order groupings.
Refund has been credited. Looking forward for better solutions to quicker food deliveries.

Order grouping will prove to be disastrous for the company. Placed an order an zomato, the delivery partner reached after delivering the other group orders. Food recieved reached in pathetic condition.
Neither customer support could help me, nor the delivery partner.
Also have uninstalled @zomato@zomatocare app from my phone with no intent of ever reinstalling it back.
Also the recent integration of AI in customer support has been frustrating for the customers. The bot doesn't understand the customers requirements.
I returned the order back to the delivery executive.
Disastrous algorithms are being used in grouping orders.
It's better to stay away from these delivery apps, they are no more worth spending on.
