@farmingandJesus@BetsabePunish Thank you for your praise. God's word is truth. I admire your work, and I pray the LORD strengthens you and opens up the heart of my catholic family to see you're a friend, a true one, not an enemy.
@farmingandJesus@BetsabePunish I have considered it to be honest, but the sickness that has afflicted the church plagues both sides. Catholic and Protestant. As the catholics remain strong in our mistakes, protestants reenact them under different names. I'm trusting God to guide my journey.
@BetsabePunish@farmingandJesus The saints do not receive our prayers because they are unable to. Only God does because only He is worthy of worship and only He can grant them. Isn't Jesus enough as the sole mediator between God and men? Peace be with your spirit
@BetsabePunish@farmingandJesus My dear friend, I'm Catholic as well. Rev 5:8 depicts the prayers of all God's church symbolically offered to God by the 24 elders and 4 living creatures. Do we know the identity of the elders? Are the living creatures saints?
@BetsabePunish@farmingandJesus Again noticed how these prayers were depicted as incense, remember the old covenant and scripture likens our prayers to incense before God. Again in 8:3 this same prayer/incense scene is repeated by an angel. Still offering it up to God as an aroma that pleases Him.
@GoatButcher@TheeOnlyKi65942 You've asked a charged question friend and to be honest, that article looks at things with the seriousness your question deserves. I'm not throwing something at you to deflect answering your question, I'm giving you an answer that is far more detailed than what I can provide.
@GoatButcher@TheeOnlyKi65942 Good afternoon. I'm sorry I didn't reply to this. There's an article I'd like to share that looks at this in detail. It examines if what went on in cannan was a genocide or a form of Divine judgement. I believe it would be worth your time.

@TheeOnlyKi65942 Interested in having a conversation? We can look at Christianity's impact on women historically. Starting from Jesus to the present day. I'll listen to your points and arguments.
@chinelo_du75390@deleosunmakinde Dear friend, does a rebel have more authority than God Himself? Demons tremble at the mention of the name of Jesus, can they then resist the power of His word?
In your attempt to fight battles that have already been won, you disregard the sacrifice of Christ and it's victory.
@emmanuel_fore Wow. I love your questions and how you've put them. Thank you. I'll reply you as best as possible and hopefully we'll have a good conversation
@emmanuel_fore@TheeOnlyKi65942 I would like to refer you to an article that briefly deals with this question in a definitive manner. If that's good, here's the link
"Will it be possible for us to sin in heaven? | https://t.co/PsgrCZJitO" https://t.co/WTbVO7dF7A
@TheeOnlyKi65942 It's based on their choice. They've lived here on earth with the desire to hate sin and love God as their core principle. As humans they still fall because of their nature. In heaven, a new nature is given. One that can execute that desire perfectly. God doesn't force it.
@TheeOnlyKi65942 No. I never said that. Someone asks "Why can't people sin in Heaven". I responded with that. To put it simply, people won't sin in heaven because 1) they really don't want to. 2) their bodies (nature) are able to perfectly keep up with that desire.
@emmanuel_fore@TheeOnlyKi65942 Sadly, not everybody wants this. For to choose God is to die to self. For example, God says "No premarital sex". Do you think would want to give up their sex lives and surrender it to God's hands? No. Not everybody chooses to believe in that sacrifice and surrender their lives.
@emmanuel_fore@TheeOnlyKi65942 Sadly, yes. Hell sounds like fairy tale to some. God says the only way to be with me is to make a choice to accept the sacrifice offered on your behalf by Jesus. Your sins will be wiped clean and that sacrifice, not your works, will be counted as your salvation.
@emmanuel_fore@TheeOnlyKi65942 Check Exodus 7:13,22 8:11, 8:15,28 & 9:7. It is finally at 9:12 that Pharaoh's hardness is attributed to GOD. GOD sealed Pharaoh's hardness in order to finally bring Him to judgement and indeed display His power by judging the one Egyptians considered a god.
@TheeOnlyKi65942@emmanuel_fore David cried for a new heart that doesn't desire to sin. If you get this heart, you still have a choice to obey it's promptings. Think of it this way; you're married and love your spouse. But do you have the option and the choice to cheat? Yes. Will you cheat? That's up to you.
@TheeOnlyKi65942 I am consistent in my position my dear. Though I think I'm beginning to understand where you're seeking clarity better and I'll address those now. Still, isn't it better to point out your frustrations with a civil tone as you did just now? That's all I ask.
