@CrossCountryUK train from Narborough to Birmingham cancelled this am. Only found out on platform at nuneaton delay refunds aren't valid if ticket bought on the same day. Didn't know this. I bought open return. Is there no way to claim a refund given i spent £23 to go nowhere?
