I think the internet needs more cozy places.
More warm drinks, comforting games, quiet creativity, gentle encouragement and little reminders that you don’t always have to be productive.
If that sounds like your vibe, Hey I’m Em and I’m glad you found me. Stay a while.
What’s one tiny thing an app does that instantly makes you feel calmer?
Mine is when the timer doesn’t scream at you when it ends…
it just gently fades.
Curious what yours is ☕️
Solid day today—everything just fell into place.
Loads ticked off, progress made, and I can finally switch my brain off for a bit.
Now it’s Xbox, an ice-cold Irn-Bru (still the GOAT 🧡), and absolutely no guilt.
What’s everyone unwinding with tonight?
@garyoneill I think that’s why talking to people early matters so much. I’d much rather find out in week two than month four, even if it’s a hard conversation.
@icreatelife It’s been the biggest surprise for me too. I expected to post updates about my apps… I didn’t expect to find a community that genuinely wants to see each other succeed.
@CarlosBBuild Honestly, I just want to make software that leaves people feeling a little better than when they opened it.
Most apps fight for your attention. I’d rather build ones that quietly help, then get out of the way.
