@NewportCounty Players and staff are spineless, don’t deserve the support. They’ll all be gone in the summer. The fans will be left with a non league club, again. The hard work of Justin Edinburgh, David Hando and many others undone in under 3 years of Jenkins ownership.
The Club is deeply saddened by the tragic passing of Ollie Allen, also known as 'Cymru Ollie', earlier this week.
A loyal supporter at home and away, Ollie was a valued friend to the Club and a well-known figure in the Amber Army, featuring on fan podcasts, part of the Row Z Exiles group, and a Trust member. He was a true role model and die-hard fan.
Our thoughts are with his family and friends at this extremely difficult time 🧡🖤

@NewportCounty That result is on Huw Jenkins. He’s assembled a squad on the cheap and it’s showing. Problems started last year when he appointed a joke of a manager in Jardim. Feel for Hughes. Will be a long season. 5 centre halves and 2 fullbacks started, can’t win many home games like that
@1912Exiles Clarke has to stay, we would be preparing for national league football without him returning to the 11 in January. Also for someone like Kai the opportunity to play 25 games next season alongside wildig would be invaluable. Would love Nick stay but wouldn’t begrudge him a move 🧡
@1912Exiles I had the misfortune of being at Bromley barrow Harrogate and Doncaster, along with the red cards for mr Jameson at tranmere and port vale. Never felt more disconnected from a group of players and management in all my years following the port. Next season cannot be any worse 🤞🏼
@1912Exiles Good starting 11 on paper. Amazed Bony is on the bench ahead of greaves. Glad to see Jameson out of the squad, i hope Saturday was his last game for County.
@NCAFC_Trust thanks for asking my question to the chairman tonight and thanks to mr Jenkins for answering it honestly. Enjoyed watching the stream on YouTube, good open honest communication between the fans and the board is a breath of fresh air. Excited for the future 🧡🖤

An Ian Street match diary from Salford, including: a community-run pub, a few friends of the pod and chats with some Carl Zeiss Jena fans. A classic of the genre!

@William_Downs_ One for the tactics truck @1912Exiles .. to me Martin was playing right wing back out of possession, left Davies exposed on the left side but allowed Clarke to marshal the defence from the centre? Martin certainly took his clear chance like a wing back not a ‘versatile attacker’
@1912Exiles Credit to Ian and all the other county fans in attendance tonight. We all would’ve taken a point before the game. James Clarke solid, street wise, captains performance. Onto Saturday, keep the faith 🧡🖤
