The problem is inheritance tax itself.

Can you think of a more miserly, cruel and inhumane thing to do than tax someone for dying.

Inheritance tax should be abolished.
Along with a good few other taxes hardworking people pay to maintain the bloated and ineffectual machinery of the state.
