“So what’s the plan here? Pine and be all depressed? Because I wrote the book on that Lazza and it doesn’t end well.”

@ScrubsandDreams The flat was spotless as per usual, if anything it was even cleaner. "Work has been... Well work." He shrugged gently. "I've just delved more into it, if that was even possible."

@ScrubsandDreams He went about getting a fresh glass for her, pouring them both a glass. He passed her over the fresh glass.

@ScrubsandDreams He picked up the half drunk bottle of wine off the table. "Well I've got this, or there's another on the shelf if you'd rather."

@ScrubsandDreams "no... Well I've had to find something to occupy me." He went about clearing some of his books out of the way. "Can I get you anything to drink?"

@ScrubsandDreams "well I used to keep it in the study but more recently it's moved to the kitchen table. " He shrugged. "Closer to the wine." He tried to joke.

@ScrubsandDreams He stood to the side so she could come in. "No it's fine ... Just ignore all the books and stuff on the table, I'll fix them in a moment."

@ScrubsandDreams He did want her back but when she refused to come in to the house he thought that she didn't want him.

He offered a soft but tired smile. "I'll let you know when I'm out of court."

@ScrubsandDreams He rubbed his face slightly. "Can we take about this tomorrow then? I'm in court early tomorrow... Maybe we could have a coffee tomorrow? If you want to" he wasn't sure if she even wanted to see him again so it gave her an easy out.

She raises a brow at him with slightly pursed lips.

@ScrubsandDreams He was lost. He lost his best friend and partner at the same time and had no idea if it was his fault. "I understand." He didn't but he didn't know what else to say. "Where are you staying at the moment?"
