@santiagoroel Taleb writes a bit about this in antifragile... The more we're trying to formalize and explain things - the more they loose their esoteric value.
Deep value is as well esoteric in nature - almost impossible to describe and thus needed to be experienced to be properly identified

@twobitidiot Managing expectations is a tricky thing. It’s awesome that the individual is being seen, appriciated and encouraged to continue. This is the base layer.
If anything it should stimulate to start going for the “real” trophies. Sometimes people do need that push in a loving way
