@AmericanAir I had such an awful experience last week. Multiple delays at the airport because of a bathroom issue. Ended up being rebooked for the next day at 6 am. Also was put up in an horrible hotel, that was absolutely disgusting. Like 79$ a night disgusting.

@AmericanAir after finding out the hotel is over 10 miles away, we were promised a shuttle runs to the hotel when there was no such thing. This almost made us miss our 6 am flight. All of this because the airplane bathroom “ broke” before boarding. Can someone reach out please?
