Artificial intelligence is changing education. But what does that mean for teachers?

People usually see the lesson.
They do not always see the planning before it, the feedback after it, the parent communication, the data tracking, the meetings, the accommodations, the check-ins, or the adjustments made along the way.
Teaching has always been more than what happens at the front of the room.
A lot of the work that makes a classroom function happens quietly, before students arrive, after they leave, or in the middle of a hundred small decisions nobody else notices.
The visible part matters.
So does everything underneath it.

El problema es que nadie ha puesto en ojo en las familias de donde proceden esos niños, todo parece apuntar al Estado y al entorno institucional.
