What does it mean to "deliver value"?

I've been debating this for weeks

More tips? More advice? More tutorials?

I've been experimenting with my email list, and the results surprised me

The more I gave, the less they engaged

Clicks and downloads stayed average, but replies and conversations dropped significantly

This led me to doubt myself

Once I stepped back, climbed down from the lecture stage, and engaged in casual conversations, engagement ramped back up

These are the emails that stick. These are the messages that cement you in their minds and create anticipation for the next email

These are the emails that truly "deliver value."

Combine them with a quick lesson, tip, or takeaway, and you'll strike engagement gold
