@wfcouncil your council really needs to strive on customer service and customer excellence. Electoral service officer was so rude today and soon changed her tone one I said I was a PO for the elections today. It shouldn't take a status to give a good service.

Why has @wfcouncil left this whole area 3 weeks with no domestic waste collection - if we stopped paying council tax how quick would a reminder , or notice of recovery be sent!!! We are paying over 100.00 each month for a service and this new 2 week collection is clearly not it!
