There's this guy called Joshua based in Kiserian Slaughter house. Met him a few years ago. If you want a goat/sheep, he will source it for you, get it slaughtered and other parts prepared. So you'll get full goat, liver, lungs, matumbo, head and feet!
The cost of whole preparation and packaging is a K. His commission is about a K too.
How does it work? You call him, say the size you want (in kgs) and he'll give you prevailing prices. He will take a photo and share on WhatsApp. If you like it, he will have it slaughtered. You then figure out transport.
If you want live one, he'll source it.
Now, I literally grew up in this slaughter house (my dad traded there). I know more than 30 people...some are even relatives. But I've never met a reliable guy like Joshua. Every single animal has been on point. All live goats have weighed what he promised.

Today, I needed 10kg of goat or sheep this morning. My butcher sells a Kg at 1,200. I'd have spent 12K for 10Kgs.
I've paid 12K for this sheep weighing 16Kg. I will get all of it plus head, liver, offals, lungs, and feet. I could even get the hide if I wanted.
My total cost is 14K; actual market value is about 22K.

Note: All meat slaughtered in Kiserian is Halal.
