The LOOP Website, Investor Deck, DEMO with 20 scenes, EP1 (An evening in the house, around 44 mins) and PILOT (where host and contestants explain the vision while talking) are going to be live within a few days.

Same engine ran a different show

▸ The engine now builds a whole scene from an injected cast: same seed, two "shows" — identical structure, every line swapped. The reusable-engine / injectable-content split is real, not a slide.
▸ Re-architected the engine's core to read its cast as data — and the frozen demo came out byte-for-byte identical (a golden-snapshot tripwire guards every step).
🔓 Unlocks: one engine + a different cast = a different show, zero rewrites — the groundwork under the bigger vision.

Suite 120/120 green — every safety check holds, and each new one clears a 2-round adversarial red-team before it ships.

→ Tomorrow: move the cast's personalities — not just their lines — behind the same injectable boundary.

Today’s focus was the product shell.

The platform is moving from a panel-based prototype into a real control room for an AI-native reality show.

Stage first. Context around it. Safety everywhere.

What changed:
The viewport now stays as the main stage, while selected workspaces dock below it instead of covering the experience, the Right Context Rail: a compact read-only layer for fanbase pressure, mission previews, Alaska host cues, Director Watch signals and broadcast

Why it matters:

THE LOOP is becoming more than “AI characters inside a 3D house.”

It is becoming a production system: contestants, cameras, fanbases, missions, psychology layers, host intelligence, and Director oversight inside one coherent interface.
