@JeffreyLMiles Nope she handed me a receipt with the oil change which I paid for and then the diagnostic costing an additional $200, so would’ve been $300 out of pocket. I would’ve happily paid $200 for both but like the extra $100 is crazy!

I’ve been a @VW customer with two seperate cars since 2020. I have to pay $200 just for a car diagnostic is absolutely insane. Just for them to diagnose my car, just to possibly spend at least $500 to fix the issue. In this economy, this is not okay
