@ornithopteryx If memory serves it all went here. I believe the magic system in Thousand Deaths of Ardor Benn is based on dragon’s “grit.”

📢🚨REVIEW!🔥💀
Strap on your western boots, don the cowboy hat, & tighten up your belt (with a loaded gun in the holster at the ready)💥
IT'S SHOW TIME in the wild, wild west... with the (un)dead aplenty!☠️
Honestly, CAN'T RECOMMEND IT ENOUGH!💯

@smlechon I eagerly await the chance to submit. I’ll hold off on submitting to anyone else at Azantian for now, as I believe our interests align best.
Until then, I’ll keep my Arcane inspired story holstered.
Thank you Shannon! 😬
@ornithopteryx Be forewarned, the book is closer to a Pratchett book than typical fantasy. The MC bullies and connives his way into a meeting with the devil and walks away with a contract (do x or else y). So, it’s kinda cheating in the way the stakes and conflict are laid out. Still good tho!
@BenGalley Nice! I actually prefer 3rd person POV. I loved Caltro’s dry sarcasm though and am dying for more of that. Wish more fantasy writers had a voice like yours!
Will be checking out the Emaneska series soon!
@FletcherMR Totally agree about the camerawork for Succession being a turn off. I’m glad I pushed through it in the end. The character work is great in general, but Roman Roy alone is worth it.
If you’re into dramadies, give those other shows a try. They all have stellar pilots IMO.
