@gpdkaluma If this Harrison Kinyanjui is your lawyer you can even get arrested for a crime you didn't commit how does he read the constitution and misinform Kenyans live in a broadcast
Omari ni mtiaji sana X is a free speech platform if they didn't receive the money why are they worried? How does that damage their clients reputation the case is in court it is the court that will determine how does posting on X even damage their reputation?Scaring off young people on X is just silly to me akwende sana na huyo Ombachi wake.
The Judiciary, as the ultimate arbiter of constitutional interpretation under Articles 163, 164 & 165 of the Constitution of Kenya 2010, holds exclusive authoritative power to declare the law. Any individual who presumes their personal opinion superior to a binding High Court ruling on the recent impeachment proceedings is not merely mistaken it is a profound delusion bordering on constitutional illiteracy. @FaithOdhiambo8@DonaldBKipkorir@ahmednasirlaw
, stay guided by the supremacy of the Constitution and the rule of law.
The man in the CCTV footage (the prime suspect, still at large ) deliberately disguised himself to obscure his identity.
He was captured on camera escorting Rita Waeni to the short-term rental (AirBnB-style apartment) in Roysambu, Nairobi. He wore a black pullover/cardigan and dark trousers, a white cap, dark sunglasses, and white shoes (contrasting with the mostly dark outfit).
This combination (especially the cap + sunglasses) made full facial recognition difficult while allowing him to appear somewhat normal. He was aware of CCTV by evading clear views in other areas and had knowledge of Nairobi, suggesting premeditation. He is described as a slim man of dark-to-light complexion, likely in his late 20s, fluent in Swahili and English.
They first connected via Instagram around October 2023. The suspect, referred to in Calton as per her Instagram account, approached Rita while she was waiting for a friend at a location with a restaurant. Instead of asking for her phone number, he specifically requested her Instagram handle for follow-up. He had been persistent in messages, inviting her to meet multiple times (which she often declined), and finally convinced her by mentioning plans to leave the country temporarily.
He lured her with the promise of a casual meet-up/dinner on the evening of January 13, 2024. They went to the rental apartment together. She was brutally murdered there—sexually violated, killed, decapitated, and dismembered. Her body parts were found in rubbish bags at the apartment the next day (January 14). Her head was later recovered in a dam in Kiambu. The killer used her phone to send ransom demands to her family (Sh500,000) even after the murder.
Do you remember the story of Scarlet Wahu? where did this guy ran to?
