@JFKairport I really don’t care about newer terminals with 5 shake shacks and starbucks. What I do want is for the airtrain to not add 30 MINUTES to my trip to the airport. This AM the airtrain OMNY tap screens told me OMNY cards werent accepted, & I waited 10 min for the train

Day 7 begging you to add ETAs for both directions at Grand St L entrances. Here I am waiting 7 min cuz I just missed a train. Could have seen the ETA & bolted across Bushwick Ave before the light changed if I’d known. I’m losing hours of my life on this platform now! @NYCTSubway

@NYCTSubway PLEASE I am begging yet again for you to reinstate showing countdown clocks for BOTH DIRECTIONS at Grand St L stop. I have missed more trains than I can count since you changed this, because I have to cross a st w/ a traffic light w/out knowing how fast I need to run!
