@RossM450580 Arteta finished 8th in his first two full seasons at Arsenal, which is whipping boys by their standards, fans wanted him gone. Took him 7 years to win the league, good on their board for sticking with their man.

Lincoln finished 2 points above us last season but didn’t panic.

New manager must have experience in winning promotions, like Matt Taylor or Leam Richardson. Or someone who knows and loves the club, like Matt Hamshaw. Or someone who knows the club AND has won promotions, like Steve Evans.

But either way we must sack them within a year
