Nicolas Potel Bourgogne Pinot Noir. A household name producing top quality wines that made it to be one of the leading wineries in the region. Blackcurrant, strawberry and raspberry rounded off with slight toasty notes and silky tannins. Paired wonderfully with the Duck I cooked

A great, crisp and well balanced cava. Expect green apple, pear and citrus notes to tie it all together. Made with the same method as champagne but with the native Spanish grapes Macabeo and parellada. Perfect with cured meats, smoked salmon and as an apéritif #cava #freixenet

Another big Cabernet Sauvignon, this time from Stellenbosch, South Africa. Blackcurrant, blackberry and chocolate flavours with smooth earthy tones, balanced beautifully with a finish that seems to last forever. A wine that is great to drink now or 7/8 years down the line.
