@heathercampbell What's your solution, tho? Emulation is an option—legal AND illegal—but many will not play the same on different hardware, if you're looking for the original experience. There isn't really a way around it.

I really tried to be nice and polite, and understanding—just look up my earlier messages. It's like you actively make sure to turn people into angry monsters. I just need someone competent to actually speak to me, and get me a damn phone.

@AppleSupport Is anybody going to respond to my messages and take ownership of my case? First you refused to take my phone after it's been rendered useless by having it serviced by you, and now you can't even tell me where it is or when/if I'll even get it back?

It really feels like one must act like an asshole, only to be taken seriously. And that makes me really sad.
