@Verizon can y’all ask you Knoxville employees to wear masks? It’s bad enough when customers are rude, but not a single employee is even trying to mask up and I’ve been stuck inside with them for 30 minutes

@comcastcares what’s the best method to reach customer service and resolve issues? Haven’t had internet in a few days and between calling and chat on the xfinity assistant we get run around system. Oddly similar to my employment experience with @comcastbusiness
