Jon Hakes

In myself I find anxiety and worry and doubt. In Christ I find peace and comfort and confidence.

@DackFayden07 @Aspiringspike it's your dream! Goblin Engineer lives!

[Lloyd Legalist @LloydLegalist]

Folks, I have good news and bad news.

[Jon Hakes @The_Werebere]

@bmkibler I know *technically* this isn't a tiger, but the shield lining up I believe makes this worth it 🫡

[Jon Hakes @The_Werebere]

@Hobgoblin239 @wfyoungblood If only you kept reading to the next verse you would see that being tempted means giving into the temptation. Jesus was given temptations, but he did not give into them.

If you're going to try to take away the title of God from Jesus, then at least take it seriously. 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

[Jon Hakes @The_Werebere]

@TheWillHallExp That last sentence, are you doing alright sir? 🤔🤔

[edgarwright @edgarwright]

Happy Underage Drinking Day. #whatyeareveryyear

[Joshin and Jokien @joshcarlosjosh]

ME: *covers my face*

BABY: darkness took him and he strayed out of thought and time

ME: *uncovers my face* peek-a-boo!

BABY: it cannot be!

Unfortunate oversight in the bulletin.

“Undercover Boss” but it’s Jesus in disguise being mistreated by pastors

[Jon Hakes @The_Werebere]

@golgariguy You're absolutely right and I never knew it existed. Just ordered myself a copy. Thanks! 😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨

Everyone thinks the countries of the future are:

Rivendell. Gondor. Erebor.

They’re all wrong. One country stands heads and shoulders above the rest.

Here it is (and why I believe it’s the future):

EASILY the best notification I've received in 2024. 😭😭😭 It feels like such an honor to be acknowledged for this.

[Jon Hakes @The_Werebere]

@TheWillHallExp @NandosUK Happy birthday Will! And @NandosUK will you please hook this gentleman up with something? He's the only reason I know about y'all and would seek you out if I ever cross the pond. 🫡

[Matt Tebbe @matttebbe]

Pastors if you must get arrested may it not be for

Sexual abuse
Stealing money
Domestic violence

But for this kinda thing.

Waiting for the religious freedom™️ folk to come to this guys defense…

@ghirapurigears First time I played burn against goyf was shellshocking. This was one of those many valuable lessons I've learned over the years, but I 100% called a judge and had them explain it to me like I was five. 😤😤😭

[Jon Hakes @The_Werebere]

Did the Texans dress their players up as refs? This game has been incredible to watch purely based on the audacity of these refs 🤣🤣🤣

@Browns here's to hoping y'all get fired up this second half. 😮‍💨
