I bought my laptop in October of 2021 brand new and it cost me $2.5k in total. Which was marketed towards seem less gaming. When I’m reality it should be marketed as a paperweight. From the beginning it has blacked out and over heated every use. @Dell @Alienware @AlienwareTech

I have had technicians in my apartment on three separate occasions to “fix” the paperweight but none of the technicians have been able to fix my laptop. I have even sent it to the depot for a week to “fix” the paperweight. @Dell @Alienware @AlienwareTech

After receiving my laptop back from the depot it still continues to black out and I noticed a lack of care for my laptop. The depot technician has punctured the metal mesh on the front of the laptop that covers the speaker. @Dell @Alienware @AlienwareTech

@simoncholland 9th grade my daughter (in an online history class) was told to research the conflict between Israel and Palestine (not covered in class) and write a 3 pg paper detailing a resolution. “This should take you 2 hours…” I emailed her teacher then wrote a BS 3 pg paper for her.
