@1angela_paca @KylosWeb3 I see, I'll take both sides with a grain of salt for now. That said, I still don't think paid DLC belongs in Pokémon, and as much as I loved the first 7 gens, I don't see myself buying more of the games until they stop DLC, which may be never. Hope you enjoy the games, though.

@KylosWeb3 I thought some parts were fun, but definitely not a good game. Didn't hear about the public apology or review bomb, though. That said I'm not buying Pokémon games anymore because they all have paid DLC, and from what I heard supposedly they're getting rid of turn based combat.

@_Benchii I never asked them to change their gameplay. The current combat + Pokémon designs were why I liked the series, but now when we get Flamigo, Dudunsparce, a permanent combat change, and DLC, they're practically begging me to stop playing.

@KylosWeb3 Quite frankly, I don't think we've had any good Pokémon games since the switch came out. All SwSh and SV had going for it were Pokémon designs, and I learned fast they're putting DLC in all the games so why bother buying them if they're not going to finish the product?

@KylosWeb3 Thing is I grew up on X&Y and loved the series so much I went back and played all the previous games, too. I love Pokémon but with the current state of the franchise I can not bring myself to buy the new games, I liked it because of reasons that no longer apply to the series.

So if you got the games physically and for whatever reason didn't have internet the game would literally be unplayable. They also fucked up the artstyle and music extremely bad, and removed the secret bases for no reason.

@PokeDailyPost Lucario and Luxray are right, but I also had Empoleon, Dialga, Hypno, and I forget the last member I took into the elite 4. I honestly could be wrong on luxray, it was like 10+ years ago when I played diamond
