Very much enjoying the new LP by @The_mediumband. Walking a line between Buffalo Springfield-esque folk rock, bubblegum moves and timeless power pop. A few of the cuts remind of Brendon Benson’s best stuff.

.@The_mediumband offer up their most country-hued record yet, weaving twang between ‘70s singer-songwriter cues & power pop charms. City Life is the band's most accomplished yet, a tender LP tied to Nashville’s balance of studio sheen & off-strip honesty https://t.co/JhFloTmHpz

New & Notable: Nashville indie rock band The Medium blends fluttery vocal harmonies with rambunctious guitar on their latest LP.

“Golden Angels” winds itself up before the chorus explodes into layered harmonies and guitar froth. Knotted riffs rush the song through the speakers, a stampede to the end that hits like a confetti canon to the back of the brain. @earthlibraries https://t.co/RROrtVkQ3w

Nodding to Nillsson, by way of Fleetwood Mac, the new single from The Medium captures a clean aired dewiness that comes through in its bittersweet bleat and mirror-edged guitars. @earthlibraries https://t.co/C4VASCe5sT
