Its National Youth Work Week.

Today’s theme is Mental Health and Wellbeing. Over the past few years we have seen an increase in young people needing support and we have worked alongside young people and professionals to develop a range of services in response to this need.

[Youth Work DG @YOUTHWORKDG]

It’s National Youth Work Week.

Youth Work promotes mental resilience, and provides young people with coping strategies and support to prevent anxiety, depression and even self-harm. Youth Work has been shown to have a hugely positive impact on young people’s wellbeing outcomes.
