Some red wine weather recently, I have to say that those @BoschendalWines Black Angus (Shiraz Cabernet blend) are starting to show beautifully with great potential for further ageing.
Ideal companion for Roasted leg of lamb or Smoked beef ribs, Goes well with aged cheeses too.
