I still hurt from being misunderstood, hurt & dropped many times in my life, but it's also the first since forever I feel like it can only get better from now, despite taking a very long time to recover from skill regression post-diagnosis & autistic burnout.

Had a really big introspection time & I learned a lot about myself & all the little things coming with my AuDHD
I don't really have a great support system aside from my therapist so it's hard to "tame" the bad parts of having AuDHD but I'm doing better now

Somehow not always being in call with people & not feeling like I have to prove I'm a perfect & nice disabled person helped me not being so burned out
It feels lonely at times but it's for the best. I don't hurt anyone & nobody hurts me. It's probably how it's meant to be.
