@BarclaysUKHelp I've had an issue with the switch reward. You sent it twice, and the second time it was taken back again. It's now been sent a third time. I sent a message on the app about it but nothing has happened and it's not been taken back again yet.
Latest Comms dropped last night.
Took my time with this one and had a shed load of fun putting it together.

Dear @MonsterEnergy I can confirm that these new lift and slide lids on the mega cans are absolutely fantastic and a major upgrade in the spinny lids from before. Top marks!
@financialombuds Thanks for the link. That worked perfectly. How long will it take before I hear back as it's now been a week and I've had no correspondence to my complaint, just a confirmation that it's been received?
