It’s on the record ( because Johnson declared it ) that the Office of Boris Johnson received £1m from Christopher Harborne

At the time ( 2022) it was the largest gift to an individual in British political history

But was it wise in view of Ben Habib’s claim ( that both Johnson and Farage received £1m from Harborne) to draw attention to Johnson’s openly declared gift?

So @christopherhope can you clear that up for us?Can Mr Farage confirm he did not receive a £1m gift from Harborne at the same time as Mr Johnson?

And can he also confirm that he has received no other million pound gifts?

Because as you will have noticed Zia Yusuf refused to answer that question when asked by Matt Chorley …. Which creates what may be unnecessary suspicion…..good idea to clear things up 👍
