I spent 3 years selling with no base salary. No leads, no territory, no floor — if I didn't close, I didn't eat.
Two promotions and two incentive trips in twelve months. My biggest month I added $200k in annualized premium — the insurance version of ARR.
I'm now learning to sell enterprise software, and I'm doing it in public, because I have no SaaS experience and pretending otherwise would be the fastest way to get found out.
What I'm posting: outbound I receive and rewrite, target lists I build from scratch, and the specific things that don't work.
What I'm not posting: advice about a thing I haven't done yet.

Too many AI founders think AI is the answer to everything.
The truth is most of you are over automating.
AI is great for outbound systems.
But it IS NOT great for outbound work.
Go make those cold calls, no product sells itself at first.
