@Giangi_X @Agenzia_Ansa In termini teorici ti do ragione. Nella pratica, diventa una prima forma di compensazione a favore di un paese che ha visto violata la propria sovranità territoriale. Bisogna dare una forma legale a tale sostanza. 🇺🇦
