@virginmedia My bill has risen by 50% so I called today to see what could be done as I would like to stay with virgin media but not with that level of price increase. The service I received on the phone regarding the query was terrible and the colleague rude.
@mandm Thanks I have done that. It says someone will get back to me in 24 hours. Could you see if it can be done quicker please. I ordered on weds fine from my account but can’t order from my account now.
@virginmedia can you please help sort the virgin media internet issues we are having in our area. We have had no connection for nearly 2 days and no line of sight to when it will be fixed.
@virginmedia This is the issue John it says no issue can be found but lots of us have no internet for 2 days now. We’ve alll spoken with advisors and they tell us to wait 24 hours but they don’t tell us how it will be fixed. I need this escalating please
@virginmedia It says “there are no known brandband issues” and this is the most concerning as there are about 30 of us that have an issue but it doesn’t seem to be registering with virgin media

People on a local Facebook group facing the same issue, we have been given no updates on what is causing the issue and any likely timescales to fix. How do we escalate the issue to get a resolution please?
