If they don’t want to be termed as Black, and there is enough genetic distinction, let them have it. Even in your example of Asian people, they can fit into a broader category, but it’s still an arbitrary delineation.

I do think Itachi takes 7/10 fights against Nagato because of his intelligence, but there are plenty of ways for him to lose. His victory isn’t guaranteed 100% of the time.
