@Tracker_SA last called 6 hours ago and now the stupid generic SMS's have stopped. It's very convenient that the unit was tested a week before the car was stolen. All we want is what happened with the car and how far it got NOTHING. Guys stop giving your money to this company

@Tracker_SA called my mom earlier today to tell us they cannot trace the unit that was fitted in the car nothing about anything they've done or where the car was last tracked. The agent was very rude and still gave no info regarding the case

Adding on to our distress Vanderbijlpark SAPS were also called onto the scene but never responded. My mom and brother ended up going straight to the police station @SAPoliceService

48 hours later all we are getting is a generic SMS saying "Dear Tracker customer, your vehicle (Reg: DY52MCGP) has not been recovered as yet. We will inform you as soon as we have more information to share." @Tracker_SA doesn't even have the decency to call my mom.
