There are 2 groups of people trading $LTNC. Group 1. momentum/day traders. This group has no concern for products or co future beyond its immediate impact to the stock. They are a pain in the ass but hate them at your peril. This group keeps a stock liquid. Group 2. Story traders/buy n holders. This group is invested beyind their $ into the co, it's story, and what can only be described as otc lore at this point given $LTNC cult status. A real co needs these people and will live or die with them. I always said the best customer would be a happy shareholder. Both of these groups can make money. The long termers have the most potential for a 10x. Without the short term traders, the lack of liquidity would scare away group 2. That's the ecosystem here.

Hi everyone Quick update on new development. I’m scheduled to meet with our CFO tomorrow regarding our annual report and consolidated financials. He informed me he wasn’t able to provide the specific report that OTC is wanting. This adds a step I wasn’t planning on. I’ve already sourced the help to get it done but it’s not going to happen this week. I promised an update on anything relevant or if we couldn’t complete this week so please consider this that update. @LiveLockdIn will be updated again with relevant details, good or bad. This is really neither but it’s relevant, just a bit more work for the team. #letskeepgoing

Feb was a good month for us. Highest sales numbers ( without overseas order) and most important a

In the last update from me I announced that our auditor was requesting payment and footnotes. Footnotes were drafted and submitted. After some back and forth they have now been accepted, our 2022 audit is complete and payment is being sent this morning Once the audit letter hits us @LockdInNews will share. This was the biggest challenge of my professional career. It was deemed impossible by many and I know why. Impossible does not stop our team. It only motivates us more. We also know who to call in these difficult circumstances. #tyjesus

Also shared was our CFOs insisting that the audit completion would be his start of the consolidated annual report. That’s in processs. He’s quoting 3-4 days. Our attorney is quoting 2 days for the attorney letter so in best case scenario we are looking at late next week for OTC uploads. I’ll update progress then if we are not complete.

in but please recognize I give timelines based on the known information at the time I share. I know everyone is anxious and excited. We should be but things are subject to change.
