Just heard that @Thehandlebarale will be closing down at the end of trading today, one of the best pubs in Southampton, always a great selection of well kept ales available, will be sadly missed. Good luck to Christian and all the staff there for the future.

Lovely to get a pint of porter in @Thehandlebarale in Soton, this from @FlowerPotsBrew,an old favourite. Paired really well with full rack of ribs which were perfectly cooked and juicy.Treated to music from "all in the family" a medley of classics from the last half century or so
