Today’s fasting blood sugar and pre workout meal with insulin. I am currently only training EOD to allow for full recovery after being 6% body fat, it takes a while for the body to rebound properly without feeling fatigued . Current macros are: 290p, 500c, 100f
Late night meal to help keep
Blood sugar stable throughout the night. The trick? Fruit! Helps replenish liver glycogen to help stabilize blood sugar throughout the night along with fiber, antioxidants that assist in recovery ❤️🩹
The worst part about cutting is not the exhaustion lol it’s knowing you worked your ass off only to get back to 10% body fat and having to be fluffy again only to do it all over again 😰
@NotDeadBret@Aloha_Peak_Rx Bring them arms in closer to your sides and it will hit the pecs more and prevent the front delts and triceps from doing a lot of the work!
Blood sugar and sleep are two important components that make or break your progress. If you are not insulin sensitive, that is the first thing I would correct immediately before everything else.
Oats, rice, potatoes, and nuts/butters don’t contain protein and if you count them into your macros you are actually under eating your protein everyday lol
I injected 12iu insulin with my pre workout and my Bs hit 119 and then intra workout kicked in. So starting tomorrow, I’m going to inject 5iu insulin mid workout with intra and keep the train rolling! Science 🧪
